Media: Preparing the strategies for local and national organizations for advertising campaigns. Developed sales promotional materials as rotating banners, site layouts, and videos displayed on web sites, program books, catalogs, and conferences.

Government Sector: Currently assisting with two national organizations in the reporting system for data collection, research & development about consumers' needs for accessibility issues. Developed and implemented several web based reporting systems including live video streaming to keep in track on the dates of submissions, contacts and results in collaborative with consumers, and local, state and federal agencies.

Contractors: Worked part-time as free-lance contractor with Telecommunication providers to develop statistics of log calls including videophones, pagers, and any type of phone calls based on minute per call, and state by state. Incorporated and implemented the charts and reports involving customer data to ensure compliance with change in federal laws.

Nonprofit Sector: Developed, implemented and distributed web based survey questionnaires. Led interview process with several state agencies and nonprofit agencies. Developed whitepapers for reporting purpose. Incorporated videos during the interview sessions and implemented captions on the video clips.
